行政默会知识的生成机制与管理路向--默会认识论视角

On Generation Mechanism and Management Approaches about Administrative Tacit Knowledge——From the Perspective of Tacit Epistemology

依据波兰尼默会认识论、海德格尔存在主义真理观、康德判断力思想、维特根斯坦家族相似理论,从4个维度探讨行政默会知识的生成机制:行政生活主体与对象事物的相互交往过程、行政生活主体对于行政情境的"当然忘却"过程、行政生活主体运用行政判断力和进行类比推理的过程、行政理论与实践主体具有的无言的主体性前见。在此基础上,得出行政默会知识的基本管理路向:语言表达与行动表达相结合、情境管理与岗位管理相结合、理论学习与范例学习相结合。

According to Polanyi＇ s tacit epistemology, Heidegger＇ s existentialism view of truth, Kant＇ s theory of judgment and Witt- genstein＇ s theory of family resemblance, this paper mainly explores the generation mechanism about administrative tacit knowledge from the following four dimensions. They are the mutual interaction process of administrative/fie subject and object, the natural forgetting process of administrative life subject with regard to administrative situation, the process of applying administrative judgment and analog- ical reasoning by administrative life subject and wordless subjectivity foresight of administrative theory and practice subject. Then it concludes basic management approaches about administrative tacit knowledge, which include the combining of language expressions and action expressions, situational management and pest management, theoretical study and case study.
