发热-乏力-肝功能异常

摘要患者男性，40岁，因间断发热1个月余于2011年12月收入北京协和医院。患者1个半月前受凉后出现发热，最高体温38．7℃，伴头晕、全身肌肉酸痛、眼眶疼痛及四肢乏力，无咽痛、咳嗽、咳痰，无腹痛、腹泻，无尿频、尿急；
