发挥示范性院校的“突破效应”构建中国特色高职教育体系

摘要 本文回顾了5年来高职示范性院校的建设从办学理念、办学模式、人才培养模式、社会服务功能以及办学机制、体制的创新等方面取得的成就。提出了应发挥示范性院校的"突破效应":高职院校向教育服务型高校的突破、高职教育类型中办学层次的突破、高职教育适应社会经济发展的突破、高职教育向实现学习型社会的突破以及高职教育实现中国特色职业教育体系的突破。并从高职生源越来越少、人们的知识更新越来越快,高职教育如何为人们的终身学习作出更大贡献、以及网络、信息、媒体技术的冲击,高职教育教学方法,如何随着技术的变化而变化等方面,分析了高职教育仍面临着严峻的跳战。 This essay reviews the construction of model higher vocational colleges during the past 5 years from school-running concept and mode, talents training model, social service function, as well as achievements in school-running mechanism and innovation. It is sugges- ted in the essay to bring the "breakthrough effects" of model colleges into play: break- through from higher vocational colleges to education service colleges, breakthrough of school- running level, breakthrough of higher vocational colleges' adaptation to social economic de- velopment, realization of a learning society and a higher vocational education system with Chinese characteristics. What's more, this essay analyses the challenges facing higher voca- tional education from the aspects such as the decreasing number of students, the increasing knowledge updating speed, the impact of network and information technology and the neces- sity of teaching innovation, etc.
