关于根治性膀胱切除术中淋巴结清扫的问题 被引量：3

摘要 根治性膀胱切除和尿流改道是肌层浸润性膀胱癌最有效的治疗手段，也是高危非肌层浸润性膀胱癌保留膀胱治疗后复发或进展的最终选择。由于手术复杂、时间长、出血和并发症多以及围手术期死亡率高等问题，根治性膀胱切除术既不易为患者所接受，也非医生乐而为之。根治性膀胱切除术中是否进行淋巴结清扫也存在争议，即便在美国一些大的医疗中心也是如此，约20％的根治性膀胱切除手术中淋巴结清扫情况不清楚。现就肌层浸润性膀胱癌淋巴结转移和根治术中淋巴结清扫的相关问题做一简要总结。
