肾癌伴静脉瘤栓的外科诊疗进展 被引量：4

摘要 肾癌是泌尿系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一，发病率仅次于膀胱肿瘤。肾癌常累及肾静脉、下腔静脉、肝静脉及右心房。据报道肾癌侵犯同侧肾静脉或下腔静脉形成瘤栓的发生率为4％～36％，其中发生肾静脉瘤栓的比率高达50％。随着影像学的发展和手术技术的不断完善，手术治疗已成为此类患者治疗的首选。
