刍议当前我国高校网络思想政治教育队伍建设

A Personal View on Teaching Team Construction for Internet-based Ideological and Political Education at Colleges

网络时代给高校思想政治教育工作带来了新问题,提出了新要求。囿于传统思维和一贯做法,当前我国高校对网络思想政治教育工作重视不够,管理不到位,师资人员队伍不齐,知识、年龄结构欠合理,整体专业化水平不高,不利于高校人才培养和社会稳定。鉴于此,转变观念,提高认识,加强制度化管理,建立健全师资队伍的准入、考核、培训机制,从而改进和提高当前我国高校网络思想政治教育工作。

The internet era poses new problems towards ideological and political education at colleges and new requirements are set forth.Due to the traditional ideas and practice,colleges in China have not attached sufficient importance to internet-based ideological and political education.The management is not effective.The teaching staff lacks professionalism due to the unreasonable structure of knowledge and age.These problems harm talent cultivation and social stability.In view of this,to improve the internet-based ideological and political education at colleges,we should change our mind and improve our knowledge,strengthen the system of management,establish and complete the mechanism of access,assessment,training of teachers.
