Physical Education Teaching Administration in Universities:Problems and Countermeasures

高校体育教学管理是高校体育管理的重要内容。目前的高校体育教学管理存在管理理念滞后、管理体系不健全、管理机制不完善、管理难度大等问题。更新管理理念、提高管理水平、实施课内外全学分制管理、引进ISO9000标准建立高校体育教学质量管理体系是行之有效的对策。

Physical education teaching administration is an important part of physical education administration in universities.However,a series of problems exist in the management：the philosophy always falls behind;the system is incomplete;the mechanism and level need to be perfected;the difficulty that the management is confronted is great.It is thus proposed that updating the philosophy,raising the management level,implementing credit system for both classroom teaching and after-class activities and introducing ISO9000 accreditation system constitute a set of effective countermeasures.
