摘要
将贵安新区打造成内陆开放型经济示范区,最重要的一点就是把贵安新区打造成贵州省对外进出口贸易的窗口、外商投资和对外交流的重要平台载体。这就要求贵安新区整合各个方面的资源,走出一条适合贵安新区特色的对外开放路径。一是产业领域的全方位开放,二是建设贵安新区综合保税区,搭建经济对外开放平台,三是积极开展对外贸易,发展外向型经济。
In the construction of a demonstration plot of economy opening in the inner land, it is crucial to make Guian New District to be the platform for foreign investment and communication. Therefore the resources should be integrated in the route design in accordance with the characteristics of Guian New District. The relevant countermeasures include: 1. the overall opening in industrial fields, 2. the construction of a comprehensive bonded zone, and 3. the development of export-oriented economy.
