Organization and Construction of Party Organizations——an Understanding towards the Report on the 18th National Congress of the CPC

党的十八大报告突出了党的组织建设的要求,系统阐述了组织建设的一系列理论问题与实践问题。报告紧紧抓住"组织"这一关键,提出问题,分析问题,解决问题。强化了组织建设的基础地位和"组织建设"的基本环节。报告还强调了党组织的约束作用和控制功能,要求每个党员树立党的意识和组织意识,敬畏组织,严正提出不允许任何个人凌驾于组织之上的要求。此外,报告还在党的组织建设方面进行了一系列阐述,把增强理想信念,提高党员干部的素质,发挥组织对群众的激引功能,放到了突出地位。

The Report on the 18th National Congress of the CPC highlighted the requirement of Party organization construction and expounded systematically the theoretical and practical problems in organization construction. Closely capturing the core of 'organization', the Report studied and solved the existing problems in such field. It was also emphasized that no individuals should act above the organization, and that it was crucial for Party members to improve their own qualities and to promote the guiding function of the orgnizations.
