摘要
本文介绍了YL112铝合金半固态流变压铸成形试验,研究了流变压铸YL112铝合金的组织和力学性能。试验结果表明:与液态压铸成形件相比,半固态压铸成形件压铸缺陷较少,力学性能优良,热处理后性能进一步提高。从微观角度解释了两种不同成形方法产生这一性能差异的内在原因。
Microst ruct ure and mechanical properties of rheo -- die casting YL112 aluminum were investigated with die casting semi -- solid billets on DCC280 horizontal die casting machine. The results indicate that: comparing with liquid die castings , the die castings have desirable mechanical properties and little defects, Furthermore , the mechanical properties of the die castings can be improved after heat treatment. Meanwhile the mechanism of why the semi--solid castings are superiors to the liquid die castings is also discussed f tom the microcosmic view.
