浅谈手术室医院感染管理与控制

Discussion on the management and control of hospital infection in operation room

目的:通过探讨手术室医院感染的管理办法以及于手术室发生的医院感染的控制策略,能有效的达到减少医院感染发生的目的,有助于提高医疗护理的质量。方法:从健全院感管理组织、定期院感监控、学习院感知识、手术室布局与流程、医护人员无菌技术、手术物品管理、有效监测等进行管理。结果:加强手术室管理是防止医院感染的主要保证。通过规范化管理,手术切口感染率为零,能有效的提高了医疗安全率。结论:降低医院感染可能性的主要途径可以通过实施手术室科学化的管理及控制,有助于手术病人的尽早康复。

Objective：Investigating the management and control strategy of nosocomial infection in operation room can reduce the occurrence of nosocomial effectively and improve the quality of medical care. Methods： Introduce the management of aseptic technique operation sound of the management organization, regular monitoring, learning of knowledge management, operation room layout and process, medical personnel, goods management, operation room environment control. Results： Strengthen the management of operation room is the main guarantee for preventing hospital infection. Standardized management dues to the probability of operation incision infection rate is zero, it can improve the medical security rate effectively. Conclusion： Scientific management and control of the operation room is the main way of decreasing hospital infection probability which contribute to operation patient’s rehabilitation.
