复方甘草酸苷联合依匹斯汀治疗慢性湿疹疗效观察

The Clinical Efficacy of the Treatment to Chronic Eczema by SNMC Combined Mizolastine

目的：观察复方甘草酸苷联合依匹斯汀治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法：选取我院自2006年1月~2009年12月收治的慢性湿疹患者126例随机分为观察组（联合用药组）和对照组（复方甘草酸苷组）各63例,疗程均为4周,观察2组的临床疗效。结果：观察组中痊愈28例,有效24例,总有效率为82.5%;2组比较差异显著（P〈0.01）。结论：复方甘草酸苷联合依匹斯汀治疗慢性湿疹疗效理想,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment to chronic eczema By SNMC Combined Mizolastine; Methods： 126 patients with chronic eczema came our hospital from January 2006～December 2009 ,and divided these patients into two groups, one is combined group and other is control group, and each group has 63 cases, after 4 weeks, observed the clinical efficacy. Results： 28 patients recovery from acute and 24 cases have effective in the combined group, so total effective rate was 82.5%; theses has the Significant difference between the two groups （P0.01）. Conclusion： The combined glycyrrhizin treatment with chronic eczema has good effect, so is worthy of clinical application.
