摘要
目的:综合应用GE64排128层容积CT(GE Lightspeed VCT)血管成像及多种重建方法,在肝脏肿瘤的介入治疗术前应用指导价值。方法:对42例肝脏肿瘤患者进行常规的平扫加多期增强扫描诊断后,选择动脉期在后处理工作站进行CTA重建。分析腹腔干动脉开口位置及其分支起源、走行和变异;肿瘤供血血管的来源或肿瘤侧枝供血来源,设定介入治疗计划。结果:CTA可以清晰显示全部病例的腹腔干动脉开口位置及其分支起源、走行和变异情况;显示大部分肿瘤供血血管及侧枝供养血管。结论:CTA在肝脏肿瘤介入治疗术前准确定位相关血管开口位置及其分支起源、走行和变异,很好显示肝脏肿瘤供血血管。
Objective:To evaluate the guidance value of GE 64 row volumetric CT (GE Lightspeed VCT) with 128 layer volume CT vascular imaging and various reconstruction methods in preoperative apply of the liver tumor with interventional therapy. Methods: 42 cases of liver tumors underwent routine unenhanced and enhanced multi-phase scan, selected the arterial phase as CTA reconstruction in post-processing workstations. The celiac artery opening locations and the origin of their branch, Coursers and variations were analyzed. The source of blood vessels that supply tumor or collateral blood supply, Set the interventional treatment plan. Results: CTA can clearly display celiac artery openings and the origin of their branchs, Coursers and variations in all cases, display most of tumor feeding blood vessel and collateral feeding blood vessels. According to the information of abdominal blood vessels and tumor feeding blood vessel provided. Conclusion: CTA accurately located opening position, the origin of their branchs, Coursers andvariations of related blood vessel before interventional therapy in liver tumors. As the guidance, CTA conduced to help improving the accuracy and efficiency of the interventional treatment. which was of great significance for the guidance TACE therapy.
