锁定钢板的技术理论及在临床中的应用

摘要 锁定钢板技术是一种全新的、治疗骨折的内固定系统,与传统非锁定固定技术相比,锁定螺钉增加了固定的稳定性,推动了微创骨折固定技术的运用。为骨质疏松性骨折和关节周围粉碎性骨折提供了较好的固定方法。锁定钢板的操作比普通钢板要求高,但随着老年患者脆性骨折和年轻患者严重创伤后高能量骨折的增加,LCP的临床应用前景将会变得更加广泛。
