摘要
文章针对0.7-1.4GHz超宽带高增益功放通道一致性技术进行了分析和讨论,并提出了通过改变偏置电压来实现放大器相位非色散调整的方法。最后给出的测试结果显示在60dB高增益下,四通道幅度一致性达到±0.5dB,相位一致性达到±5°,同时也证明了方法的有效性。
The channel consistency technology in 0.7-1.4GHz ultra-broadband transmitter with high gain is analyzed and dis- cussed. A method to realize non-dispersive tuning is presented, which is modifying bias voltage. The test results show that the consistency of four channels with high gain can be achieved that amplitude difference is +0.5dB and phase difference is ±57, and the validity is proved.
