摘要
目的优选盆炎灵颗粒最佳提取工艺。方法采用比较试验法和正交试验法考察盆炎灵颗粒的水提取条件,以丹酚酸B含量、芍药苷含量、干膏得率为评价指标,确定合理的水提取工艺。结果最佳水提取工艺条件为:提取2次,第一次10倍量水,提取1.5h,第二次8倍量水,提取1h。结论优选的提取工艺稳定可行,适用于盆炎灵颗粒提取。
Objective To optimize the extraction process in Penyanling granules. Methods Water extraction technology for Penyanling granules was optimized by contrast test method and orthogonal test method. The orthogonal experimental design was applied with the content of salvianolic acid B ,paeoniflorin ,and the dry extract rate as investigative indexes for investigating the best extraction process. Results Optimum extraction technology was extracted 2 times,first time extrated 1.5 hours with 10 times the amount of water, second time extrated 1 h with 8 times the amount of water.Conclusion The optimized technology was stable,feasible and suitable for the extraction of Penyanling granules
