摘要
目的探讨过敏性鼻炎患儿应用雷若考特治疗疗效。方法将我院2年间过敏性鼻炎患儿87例随机分为雷若考特治疗组、氯雷他定口服治疗组。进行对比观察。结果治疗组较对照组有统计学差异(χ2=5.19,P<0.05;χ2=4.74,P<0.05)。结论雷诺考特治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎疗效显著,症状改善明显,且用药安全,可作为小儿过敏性鼻炎首选用药。
Objective Children allergic rhinitis application LeiRe courtney curative effect. Methods Will be our hospital from 2 years children allergic rhinitis 87 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group LeiRe courtney, loratadine oral treatment group. Compared the observation. Results The treatment group than the control group statistically significant （x2= 5.19, P〈0.05; Z2= 4.74,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Renault courtney in treating pediatric allergic rhinitis curative effect is distinct, symptoms improved, and drug safety, and can be used for children allergic rhinitis preferred drug use.
