摘要
目的探讨绝经后阴道出血的相关病因。方法对167例绝经后阴道出血的患者进行回顾性分析。结果 167例患者中,老年性阴道炎86例,占51.50%;功能性子宫出血45例,占26.95%;恶性肿瘤16例,占9.58%;宫颈息肉、子宫内膜息肉及宫内节育器等20例,占11.98%。结论引起绝经后阴道出血的主要原因是生殖器炎症,对绝经时间长阴道出血的患者发生恶性肿瘤的危险性增大。
Objective To explore the causes of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding. Methods 167 cases of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results of 167 cases, 86 cases of senile vaginitis, accounted for 51.50%; functional uterine hemorrhage in 45 cases, accounting for 26.95%; malignant tumor in 16 cases, accounting for 9.58%; cervical polyps, endometrial polyps and IUD in 20 cases, accounting for 11.98% of. Conclusion the causes ofpostmenopausal vaginal bleeding is the main cause of genital inflammation, a long time to menopause vaginal bleeding occurred in patients with malignant tumor of the danger.
