槲皮素对正畸大鼠压力侧牙周组织的影响

摘要 目的探讨槲皮素对大鼠正畸牙齿移动中压力侧牙周组织改建的影响。方法选取36只雄性wistar大鼠,从加力1天开始,腹腔注射槲皮素乙醇溶液,分别于3,7,14,21天处死。采用HE和TRAP染色观察大鼠左上第一磨牙压力侧牙周组织变化和破骨细胞数目。结果加力7d后,三组间压力侧牙槽骨均发生吸收,可见破骨细胞,但无显著性差异(P>0.05);加力14d和21d,三组间牙槽骨骨吸收陷窝和破骨细胞数目增多,但槲皮素组少于其它两组,且差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论槲皮素可以抑制正畸大鼠压力侧破骨细胞形成和牙槽骨吸收。 Objective To investigate the effect of quercetin on the periodontal remodeling of pressure side in the process of rats' tooth movement. Method 36 male wistar mice were observed. From the 1st day, quercetin was given to the rats by peritoneal injection. The mice were sacrificed on the 3rd,7th,14th and 21st day respectively. The periodontal remodeling and the amount of osteoclast were observed by HE and TRAP slices. Result On the 7th day, alveolar bone resorption and osteoclast occured on the pressure side in three groups, but no significant difference. On the 14th and 21st day, the number of alveolar bone resportion lacunae and osteoclast increased in three groups, but the number in the quercetin group was inferior to two other groups and there were significant differences. Conclusion Quercetin inhibited the osteoclast formation and alveolar bone resportion on the pressure side of the orthodontic rats.
