抗感染药物在尘肺病治疗中的不利因素及应用

目的了解尘肺病患者合并肺部感染的病原菌及其菌株耐药情况,提高尘肺抗感染治疗效果,为临床抗生素应用提供依据。方法选择我院诊治的尘肺病合并肺部感染患者368例,进行痰培养和药敏测定。结果送检368例标本,其中培养出致病菌共149株,其中革兰阴性杆菌118株革兰阳性球菌19株、真菌12株;通过药敏试验,革兰阴性杆菌对二三代头饱抗生素耐药较高,对四代头孢及碳青霉烯类有较好的敏感性,其中铜绿假单胞菌敏感性不高、基本耐药;革兰阳性球菌对三四代头孢耐药性较高,对万古霉素敏感。结论尘肺病患者常多合并肺部感染,影响尘肺病情的发展,其病原微生物多见于革兰阴性杆菌,应了解尘肺与病原微生物及抗感染药物之间的相互关系,做到合理使用抗感染药物,有效防治肺部感染,延缓肺间质纤维化,抑制尘肺病的进展,提高尘肺病患者生活质量。

Results Were 368 cases of specimens, which produce a total of 149 strains of pathogens, and the gram negative bacilli 118 strains gram-positive coccus, fungi strains 12 strains; By drug sensitive test, gram negative bacilli in two or three generations head full of antibiotics resistance is higher, the fourth generation cephalosporins and penicillium carbon alkene has better sensitivity, including pseudomonas aeruginosa sensitivity is not high, the basic drug resistance; Gram positive coccus for three to four generations of cephalosporins drug resistance is higher, is sensitive to vancomycin. Conclusion Pneumoconiosis patients more often by pulmonary infection, influence the development of pneumoconiosis disease, its pathogenic microorganisms in gram-negative bacilli, more should know the pneumoconiosis and the relationship between pathogenic microorganisms and anti-infection drugs, accomplish the rational use of anti-infective drugs, effective prevention and treatment of pulmonary infection, delayed pulmonary fibrosis, inhibiting pneumoconiosis disease progress, improve the pneumoconiosis patients quality of life.
