经肱三头肌两侧入路治疗肱骨髁间骨折

After Bilateral Triceps Approaches in Treatment of Intercondylar Fracture of Humerus

目的为了观察经肱三头肌两侧入路治疗肱骨髁间骨折临床疗效。方法总结2009年4月至2012年10月期间在我院治疗的肱骨髁间骨折47例资料,所有患者治疗手术均采取经肱三头肌两侧入路进行治疗,治疗1年时间内对患者进行随访调查,并按照jupiter评价标准进行评价,最后计算手术临床疗效,以此来评价经肱三头肌两侧入路治疗肱骨髁间骨折临床疗效。结果手术后1年内进行随访调查,所有47例资料均获得随访,其中治疗优秀者20例,治疗有效者22例,总有效率89.4%。结论经肱三头肌两侧入路治疗肱骨髁间骨折具有满意的临床疗效。

Objective To observe after bilateral triceps approaches in treatment of intercondylar fracture of humerus clinical curative effect. Methods from 2009 April - 2012 October in our hospital treatment of intercondyla,： fractures of humerus in 47 eases, all patients were treated with operation were taken by bilateral triceps approaches for treatment, treatment of 1 years fex patients for follow-up, and according to the Jupiter evaluation evaluation criteria, finally calculating operation curative effect, in order to evaluation cyf the bilateral triceps approaches in treatment of intercondylar fracture of humerus clinical curative effect. Results 1 years after operation for follow-up, all the 47 cases were followed up, in which treatment of excellent in 20 eases, effective in 22 cases, the total efficiency of 89.4%. Conclusion The bracb!,al triceps approach in the treatment of intercondylar fracture of humerus with satisfactory clinical curative effect.
