丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠、川芎嗪与西药联合治疗心肌缺血患者的临床分析

目的分析对于患有心肌缺血的患者,采用川芎嗪或者丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合西药一起进行治疗的效果。方法收集我院自从2010年4月至2012年1月所收治的150例患有心肌缺血的患者,将其随机平均分为三组,分别为对照组,川芎嗪组以及丹参酮组,三组患者都采用常规阿司匹林和单硝酸异山梨酯进行治疗,川芎嗪组加以滴注盐酸川芎嗪,而丹参酮组则加以滴注丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠。在治疗前及治疗结束之后,对患者进行心电图检测,并观察其血脂。血液流变学。观察三组患者治疗效果差异。结果丹参酮组治疗总有效率为92.0%,川芎嗪组治疗总有效率为90.0%,而对照组治疗总有效率为66.0%,明显低于川芎嗪组及丹参酮组,存在统计学差异(P<0.05);经过治疗,川芎嗪组及丹参酮组患者血液流变学指标改善、血脂指标改善明显优于对照组,存在统计学差异(P<0.05);经过心电图检测,川芎嗪组及丹参酮组患者心肌缺血持续时间及发作次数降低明显优于对照组,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对于患有心肌缺血的患者,采用川芎嗪或者丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合西药一起进行治疗的效果显著,能改善血脂及血液流变学状态,并降低心肌缺血持续时间及发作次数,值得在临床中推广。
