本文阐述了加入 WTO对建设项目技术评价的影响。着重从吸引外资和引进技术、调整和优化产业结构及改善贸易条件、知识产权协议与技术仿制、出口产品采用国际标准诸方面进行了分析探讨。

The influence of WTO-entering on the technical assessment of project construction was expounded and in particularly discussed in detail around the following four aspects:the possibility of attracting the foreign capital and technology;regulartion and optimization of industrial structure and improvement of business environment;intellectual asset protocol;and adoption of international standards for export products.
