Technical innovation is a significant force and source,which extricate state-run enterprise from a difficult position,a good environment should be created,bring up qualified technicians,mobilize everyone enjoy it,enhance enterprise technical innovation steps.We will be confronted with the pressure and opportunity of joining WTO and western development that make us attach high importance to technical innovation.
