Under the understanding of Economies of Scale,this article analyses the necessity of achieving Economies of Scale by venture capital corporations.After summarizing the characters of scale of Chinese venture capital corporations,the author finally points out that in order to gain Economies of Scale the venture capital corporations must extend the financing resources and a substantial high-tech development zone should be set up.
