本文分析了近年来外商在华直接投资的变动特点 ,着重研究了市场经济环境对外商直接投资的变动影响 ,并有针对性地从政策构成、市场体系等方面提出了若干对策建议。

This paper analysizes the variation characteristics of the direct investment in China by foreign businessmen over recent years,focusing on the study of the influence of market environment on the variation of direct investment of foreign businessmen,and in line of the analysis and study,raises a few suggestions of approach from such aspects as policy composition,market systems,etc.
