摘要
素质教育是促进学生全面发展的教育。本文针对高等教育在性质、任务和教学对象等方面的特点 ,提出了高等学校实施素质教育的方法和途径。
In terms of quality education,it is to promote students' all-round development.This paper aiming to characteristics of collegiate education in feature,task and targets of teaching,introduces methods and means of universities implementing quality education.
