A Positive Analysis of Listing Financial Enterprises

本文认为 ,我国目前真正满足上市条件的金融企业并不多。针对商业银行、证券公司和保险公司不同的经营特点 ,当务之急是深化金融体制改革 ,特别是要深化产权制度改革 ,为金融企业上市创造基本的制度条件 ;同时要加快证券市场的建设和发展。

This paper maintains that currently in China not many financial enterprises have complied with the requirements to go to public. Since there are different business characteristics in commercial banks, securities, and insurance companies, the priority should be given to the deepening of restructuring financial system, especially the reform of system of property rights, by so doing, the basic requirement for financial enterprises to be listed is fulfilled. At the same time, the construction and development of stock market should be accelerated.
