经济全球化不仅是市场规模的量的扩大和积累 ,更是各国经济的质的变化。经济全球化必然要求、也必然带来金融全球化。仅仅从全球金融市场联为一体的角度 ,或者从国内金融机构走向国际、按国际惯例开展业务的角度来认识金融全球化是不全面的 ,金融全球化至少应包括货币的国际化、资本的国际化和各国中央银行货币政策和金融监管的国际化。经济、金融全球化是世界经济的发展趋势 。

The globalization of economy does not only mean the expansion and accumulation of market size in terms of quantity, but a change of every economy in terms of quality. The economic globalization is bound to require, and inevitably lead to, the globalization of finance. It is incomplete to understand the globalization of finance only from the perspectives of the integration of global financial markets, or the domestic financial institutions step out into the international arena, and do their businesses complying with the internationally accepted practices, the globalization of finance includes at least the internationalization of currency, capital, monetary policy issued by every country's central bank and financial supervision. Globalization of real economy and finance is the trend of the development of global economy, in which there are intensified contradictions and struggles.
