补气活血通络法治疗缺血性中风临床观察

Clinical observation on treating ischemic stroke by the BuQi Huoxue Tongluo method

目的:观察中医补气活血通络法治疗急性脑梗塞的的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法:将符合中西医诊断标准的急性脑梗塞患者119例随机分为两组,对照组55例采取常规西药治疗,治疗组64例在对照组基础上加服中药补阳还伍汤加味,治疗1个月;观察比较两组治疗前后神经功能缺损状况及两组总疗效的变化。结果:补阳还五汤治疗组总有效率为93.7%,与西药对照组74.5%比较有显著差异(P<0.05),在改善脑梗塞患者的神经功能缺损程度方面治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医补气活血通络法治疗缺血性中风有显著的治疗效果,值得肯定并推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating the acute cerebral infarction by the TCM BuQi Huoxue Tongluo method and study the method＇s functioning mechanism. Methods： To separate randomly into two groups the 119 patients, diagnosed according to the standards of the TCM and the modem medicine, the control group of 55 patients treated with normal modem medicine, the treatment group of another 64 treated with the modified Buyang Huanwu decoction in addition to the medicines for the control group for 1 month, and then to compare two groups＇neurologic impairment and overall curative effects before and after the treatment. Results： The overall curative rate of the treatments group is 93.7%, compared with the rate of the control group 74.5%, which makes significant differences （P〈0.05）, and the treatment group has got more curative effect on improving the neurologic impairment （P〈0.05） Conclusion： The TCM BuQi Huoxue Tongluo method has significant clinical effect on treating the ischemic stroke and deserves clinical promotion.
