反相高效液相色谱法测定芩黄喉症胶囊中黄芩苷的含量

Measuring baicalin content by RP-HPLC in the Qinhuang capsules

目的:应用反相高效液相色谱法测定芩黄喉症胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用SMTC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水-磷酸(51∶49∶0.2)为流动相,检测波长为280nm。结果:黄芩苷在0.01010～0.10100mg/ml浓度范围内,呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),加样回收率为98.73%,RSD为0.96%。结论:本方法灵敏,准确,重复性好,可用于检测芩黄喉症胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。

Objective： To measure baicalin content by RP-HPLC in the Qinhuang capsules. Methods： With SMT C18 column, Methanol-water-phosphoric acid （51 ： 49 ： 0.2） as mobile phase, detection wavelength of 280 nm. The baicalin in 0.01010～ 0.10100mg/ml within the concentration range, showed a good linear relationship （r=0.9999）, the recovery rate was 98.73%, RSD was 0.96%. Conclusion： The method is sensitive, accurate, reproducible, and can be used in the detection the Qinhuang a capsules.
