根据真心痛(心肌梗塞)本虚标实的病因病机,分气虚血瘀,寒凝心脉,正虚阳脱三个证型进行辨证施治。气虚血瘀:治以益气活血、通脉止痛。寒凝心脉:治以温补心阳,散寒通脉。正虚阳脱:治以回阳救逆、益气固脱。治疗中辨证辨病相结合,即能对病因病理有深入的认识,又能准确的辨病,提高疗效。
