中医辨证治疗脑梗塞临床研究

A clinical study on treating cerebral infarction in TCM differentiation

目的:分析中医辨证治疗脑梗塞的临床效果,为临床治疗脑梗塞奠定基础。方法:选取本院中医内科2011年3月～2013年1月的100例脑梗塞患者,将其平均分成对照组和观察组。结果:经过3个月的治疗,观察组的有效率为96%,对照组的有效率为86%,显而易见,两组患者治疗的有效率有明显差别(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗脑梗塞临床效果显著,从根本上改善了患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of cerebral infarction, and lay the foundation for the clinical treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods： The traditional Chinese medicine hospital department of internal medicine from 2011 March-2013 January 100 cases of cerebral infarction were divided into the control group and the observation group. Results： After three months of treatment, the observation group was 96%, control group was 86%, obviously, the efficiency of the two groups have obvious differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of cerebral infarction significantly, and fundamentally improve the quality of life of patients, is worthy of popularization and application.
