自拟温阳复脉汤治疗慢性心律失常的疗效观察

The efficacy of the self-made Wenyang Fumai decoction on the chronic arrhythmia patients

目的:观察自拟温阳复脉汤治疗慢性心律失常的疗效。方法:随机将本院收治的慢性心律失常患者分为治疗组和对照组共120例,治疗组采用温阳复脉汤治疗,对照组采用盐酸异丙肾上腺素片;均服药1个月,用心电图检查两组治疗后的心率变化,并进行临床疗效对比分析。结果:对照组在改善临床症状、心率、纠正异常心电图方面明显优于对照组,给予自拟温阳复脉汤治疗组的总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为82.5%,治疗组明显优于对照组,(P<0.01)。结论:自拟温阳复脉汤治疗慢性心律失常疗效显著,且安全可靠,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective： To observe the treatment of chronic arrhythmia of the Wenyang Fumai decoction curative effect. Methods： 120 examples were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group acceped WenyangFu pulse decoction, control group accepted isopropyl adrenaline hydrochloride. After 1 month, the clinical efficacy was compared. Results： Control group had a better effect on clinical symptoms, heart rate, correct the abnormal electrocardiogram （ecg）. The total efficiency of the treatment group was 100%, while the control group total was 82.5%, the treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Wenyang Fumai decoction has better effect on chronic arrhythmia patients, it is worthy of wide dissemination.
