摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗新兵慢性荨麻疹的临床效果。方法:2007年～2012年本院共收治确诊患有慢性荨麻疹的新兵62例(观察组),在常规治疗的基础上给予西药联合中药汤剂治疗,并以同期仅接受西药治疗的30例慢性荨麻疹患者作对照,观察并比较两组患者治疗前、后的临床症状评分,以及临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组评分均显著下降,其中观察组下降幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗28d后两组疗效分别为98.4%和70.0%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药汤剂联合西药只治疗慢性荨麻疹临床效果好于单独使用西药,且起效迅速。
Objective： To investigate clinical effects of integrative medicine in treating recruits with chronic urticarial （CU）. Methods： 62 recruits with CU were treated by modem medicine combined with chinese medicine decoction （observation group）, other 30 patients were treated by modem medicine as control group, the clinical scores before and after treatment of two groups and the clinical effect were compared. Results： The clinical scores after treatment of two groups were all significantly decreased, and the decreased level of observation group was significantly greater than that of control group （P〈0.05）, after 28 days treatment the clinical effect of two group were 98.4% and 70.0%, the clinical effect of observation group was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine in treating recruits with CU has the better effect than modem medicine used alone.
