中西药联合治疗类风湿性关节炎36例疗效观察

Effect observation on treating 36 cases of RA in the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西药联合治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床效果。方法:采用当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤散剂(装入胶囊)与环磷酰胺联合应用。结果:全部病例用药期间跟踪观察3～5年,本组36例,临床痊愈16例,占44.4%;显效11例,占30.5%;有效8例,占22.2%;无效1例,占2.9%;总有效率97.2%。结论:中西药联合治疗类风湿性关节炎,疗效显著,副作用少,值得推广。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of TCM plus modem medicine on treating RA. Methods： The powder capsules of Danggui Sini plus Wuzhuyu Shengjiang was applied together with cyclophosphamide. Results： There were 36 patients, clinically cured 16 for 44.4%; markedly effective 11 for 30.5%; effective 8 cases for 22.2%; in effective 1 for 2.9%; the total efficiency was 97.2%. Conclusion： Treating RA in the integrative medicine is better efficiency, and worthy of promotion.
