摘要
利用原力显微镜技术(AFM)研究了亚精胺加入次数及不同培养时间对DNA凝聚行为影响.研究表明,DNA凝聚行为取决于亚精胺加入次数和培养时间.随着加入次数增加,DNA凝聚减慢、凝聚体尺寸变大;随着培养时间增加,DNA凝聚体变越来越紧凑.本研究可为DNA凝聚行为药理特性和生物学效应提供科学依据.
By using atomic force microscopy(AFM),we systematically studied the effects of spermidine-adding times and culture time on DNA condensation.The research showed that: DNA condensation strongly depends on the spermidine-adding times and culture time.With the adding times increasing,DNA condensates slowly,and DNA condensation becomes bigger;with culture time increasing,DNA condensates fast,and DNA condensation becomes more and more compact.The conclusions of this study can provide the scientific basis for the pharmacological characteristics and biological effects of DNA condensation behavior.
