摘要 为了对电能质量各项评估指标进行合理的赋权,提出了一种基于逐层序关系的组合赋权法。该方法采用交互式确定电能质量各项指标的主观性权重,利用改进的变异系数法确定客观性权重,然后综合考虑被评估对象的主观及客观特性差异来确定权重组合,进一步确定分层序关系中的递阶层权重,最终得到电能质量综合评估权重向量。算例结果分析表明,该组合赋权法评估过程具有低维性,评估结果具有高的分辨率和精确性。 In order to get the reasonable empowerments of power quality indexes, a combination weighing method based on stepwise order relations is proposed in this paper. The method weights firstly the subjective indexes of power quality with interactive models and the objective indexes with improved variation coefficient method, and then establishes the combination weights by considering the differences between the subjective and objective characteristics of the evaluation target, and furthermore determines the stratified weights, and finally obtains a weighting vector for power quality comprehensive evaluation. The analysis results of an account case show that the assessment process of the proposed method is characterized with low dimension, and its evaluation results are in high resolution and accuracy.
