摘要
贯彻全军第16次院校工作会议精神，深化任职教育改革，关键是加强教学模式改革。着眼构建任职教育问题研究型教学模式，分析问题研究型教学模式的内涵特征，探讨问题研究型教学模式在任职教育中的适用性，梳理构建问题研究型教学模式的4个主要内容。
The key to implement the spirit of the 16th military academies meeting and deepen the professional education re- form is strengthening teaching mode reform. Focusing on construction of research teaching mode, the connotation character- isdcs of research teaching mode was analyzed and the applicability of research teaching mode in professional education was discussed. Finally four aspects of the main contents of building research teaching mode were combed.
