摘要
军校教育是军队教育训练体系的重要方面。针对军队院校任职教育转型以及汽车指挥技术士官任职岗位需要，从人才培养目标确立、教学内容体系构建、教学方法体系形成和专业教员队伍建设等4个方面，分析汽车指挥技术士官院校培训模式。
Education in military academies is an important aspect of military education training system. According to the transformation of military academic professional education and the demand of automobile command technique noncommis- sioned officer, this paper studies and analyzes its training mode from 4 aspects.
