电梯安全技术领域在中国的专利申请状况分析

Analysis on Patent Application Status of the Elevator Safety Technology in China

为了解电梯安全领域在中国的专利申请状况,对CNABS系统中收录的电梯安全技术领域的所有专利进行了分析。从国内外相关专利申请的数量、类型、申请人特点、技术发展的趋势和领域的分布等方面进行了分析。结果表明,国内电梯安全技术领域的专利质量和数量与国外申请人相比存在较大差距,但是在国内专利申请数量增长的同时,专利质量也在逐步提高。

In order to know the patent application status of the elevator safety technology in China, it analyzes all patents of elevator safety technology in CNABS system, proposes the quantity and type of patent application, characteristics of the applicant, the trend of the technology development and the distribution of the field, shows the gap at home and abroad. Recently the number of domestic patent applications is increasing, and same time the patent quality is also gradually improved.
