长期以来,由于压力低、流量小,某公司常减压蒸馏装置常顶尾气、减顶尾气直接放空或送加热炉作燃料,是常减压蒸馏装置的主要臭气源,不但严重污染环境,而且增加了加热炉烟气污染物含量,在经济上也是一笔不小的损失,通过增设压缩机等成套设施,实现了这两股尾气的回收利用,达到了环保与节能增效的双重目的。

For a long time, due to the low pressure and flow, top tail gases from CDU, the main odor source from CDU, were flared or fed as furnace fuel, which polluted the environment, increased pollutants in furnace flue gas and caused economic loss. By adding compressor and other facilities, the top tail gases from CDU have been recycled, achieving the dual purpose of environmental protection and energy efficiency.
