摘要 简要介绍了电脱盐装置在生产过程中污水含油的主要因素及某公司电脱盐装置的概况。针对电脱盐装置污水含油高的状况,从多方面进行了调整。调整结果表明合适的破乳剂、适当的原油罐静置时间以及原油性质的稳定是解决污水含油量高的关键,油水混合强度、注水量及脱盐温度也是影响污水带油的因素。 The article briefly introduces main factors of sewage oil content in electric desalter and the operation of the electric desalter in a company. To solve the problem of high oil content in the sewage, adjustments have been made in different aspects. The adjustment results show that the suitable demulsifier, the appropriate crude oil tank holding time and the stable properties of crude oil are the key to solve the problem of high oil content in the sewage, and that oil-water mixed intensity, water injection, desalting temperature and other factors can also affect the sewage oil content.
