摘要
催化裂化装置烟机入口管道在长期使用过程中受到介质、温度等操作条件的综合影响,尤其是在超温、工况剧烈变化等情况下,会产生不同程度的变形、开裂、腐蚀等问题。主要针对某厂催化裂化装置烟机入口管道的异常变形现象,提出烟机入口管道变形后的处理方法。
The inlet pipe of FCC flue gas turbine will suffer different degree of deformation, crack, erosion, etc influenced by a combination of factors such as medium, temperature and other extreme operating conditions in particular. This article mainly aims at unusual deformation of the inlet pipe in the FCC flue gas turbine and puts forward the deformation treatment measures.
