2012年世界经济形势总体增长缓慢,但中国经济在调整结构、转变发展方式中稳健前行,经济回升比较早也比较快。2013年,中国经济面临着来自国际和国内诸多因素的挑战,经济平稳较快增长的有利因素正在快速减少,不利因素正在快速增加。要保持我国经济的稳定增长和可持续发展,就需要创造新的战略机遇期。同时,要加大调整结构的力度;大力发展实体经济,并防止虚拟经济的空心化;创新中国消费模式,扩大内需,以应对国际市场的不确定因素。

In 2012, the world economy was growing slowly as a whole, but Chinese economy was steadily developing in the adjustment of structure and transformation of development mode, and the economic recovery was relatively early and fast. In 2013, Chinese economy is facing the challenges at home and abroad, which results in the fast decrease of favorable factors and the fast increase of unfavorable factors in the steady and relatively rapid economic growth. It＇ s necessary to create a new period of strategic opportunity to keep the steady growth and sustainable development of Chinese economy. At the same time, it＇ s important to vigorously adjust the structure, develop the real economy and prevent the virtual economy from becoming hollow. In addition, it＇ s essential to innovate in Chinese consumption pattern and expand the domestic demand to cope with the uncertainties of the international market.
