Main Problems Facing Policy Bank and Countermeasures for WTO Entry

随着我国“入世”进程的加快 ,WTO对政策性金融的影响成为一个受到瞩目的课题。本文就当前制约我国政策性银行发展的瓶颈问题和“入世”对政策性银行经营的主要影响做了阐述和分析 ,并有针对性地提出了政策性银行立马“关”前的应对策略。

As Chinas step of entering WTO approaching,what future influences WTO will have on Chinas policy finance comes to be a hot issue in the research field. This paper presents and analyzes the main problems that restrain the developing of Chinese policy banks,the main effects on their operation of WTO entry,and last,the paper also puts forword some countermeasures accordly for those banks.
