摘要
本文在与经营者定价、旧的计划价格进行比较过程中 ,从新角度 ,对我国《价格法》中的政府定价价格 ,在价格形成、价格变动和实施上的特点 ,价格制定和调整中应遵循的原则 ,进行了探讨。
In this article the author in the comparison between fixing a price by business operators and the former planned price,from new point of view,explores the characteristics of the price formation、changes and implementation and the principles that should be obeyed in price formation and adjustment as set in the 《price law》.
