对我国风险投资业问题的思考

Thinking on the Problems concerning the Risk Investment Line of China

我国风险投资业尚处发展初期 ,存在很多问题。为此 ,应采取相应对策 ;一要增加风险资本总量 ;二要优化风险投资机构的组织形式 ;三要顺畅风险资本的蜕资渠道 ,摆正政府对风险投资业的管理重心 ,才能推动我国风险投资业的长远发展。

China's risk investment line is in a early period of development,there are many problems in it.For this reason,we have to adopt corresponding countermeasures to solve it.First of all we have to increase the total quantity of risk capital; then optimize the organizational form of risk investment organs,finally,make the investment channel free from any obstraction and treat the administering core of the risk investment line of government fairly.By so doing,we can push forward the further development of the risk investment line of China.
