A Superficial Comment on the Social Function of Information Resources

信息资源在社会生产当中占着越来越重要的地位 ,它已成为社会政治经济生活中不可缺少的一部分。但是 ,由于种种原因 ,信息资源未能得到充分的发挥 ,要进一步充分利用信息资源为人类谋福利 ,就要对它的社会功能有明确的认识。

Information resource occupies a more and more important position in social production, it has become an indispensable part in social political and econmic living. Howerer, because of all kinds of reasons, the information resource couldn't get a chance into full play, we have to utilize fully the information resource for seeking interests of menkind, we must have a clear understanding concerning its social functions.
