Development Trend Study of Personnel Training Model about Chinese Higher Vocational Colleges

高等职业教育作为高等教育发展中的重要类型,既面临着极好的发展机遇,也面临着严峻的挑战。结合我国目前高职院校的实际情况,从职业规划、专业设置、课程设置、教学模式、实验实训、校企合作这六个重要方面对我国高职院校人才培养模式的发展趋势进行分析研究,希望能够为深化我国高职院校人才培养模式的改革提供有益的参考。

As an important type of higher education, higher vocational education confronts not only many good development opportunities but also many serious challenges. Combined with the current situation of Chinese higher vocational education, the article discusses the development trend of personnel training model about Chinese higher vocational colleges from vocational plans, major settings, curriculum settings, teaching models, experiments and practical trainings, cooperation between colleges and enterprises and so on, in order to provide many useful references for the personnel training model reformations of Chinese higher vocational colleges.
